SpectraWhiz Consultancy Services has a state of the art medical transcription center and training facility in Indore since 2000. Spectrawhiz premises is spread over 5000 sq. ft. at Lower Ground Floor, Nikita Apartments, 3, R.K. Puram, A.B. Road, (Below Vodafone Store), Indore (M.P) INDIA.
We have been providing services to U.S. based Physicians / Clinics / Hospitals for more than a decade and are also working under e-scription platform for Nuance.

Due to an increasing demand for documentation of medical history records in the United States, we are currently focused on medical transcription with a policy that strictly adheres to HIPAA regulations and the security and confidentiality of our client’s data. Our data centers are based within the geographical boundary of the United States of America which is accessed through Virtual Private Network.

Discipline and control are the cornerstones of our production process. All of our production employees, including transcriptionists, are located within our controlled environment. Both production facilities are strictly monitored for ingress and egress by a biometrically controlled security system. In addition, all employees are bound by a confidentiality agreement.
